That's me. I am the Chief Electoral Officer (WB) working with the Election Commission of India. ..I like reading, travelling and seeing  good films...I know English, French, Bengali and Hindi. I was deputed to the Australia Election Commission during their national elctions in 2007. I am a permanent civil servant, now doing the 23rd year in the Indian Administrative Service.
